Keyboard PC Wired/Wireless – Not Working or Not Responding
WIRED KEYBOARD – NOT WORKING
STEP 1. Check your connection of your keyboard going to back of your computer.
If you have a PS/2 keyboard, double check if it is connected to the PS/2 port behind the computer.
And make sure it fits perfectly.
For USB keyboard type, just connect the other end to the back of the computer.
STEP 2. If that didn’t worked try updating the keyboard drivers.
After updating your driver restart your computer
If still your keyboard is not working , its time to replace or buy new keyboard. Here’s a video for more info…
WIRELESS KEYBOARD NOT WORKING
1. Check the dongle if its perfectly placed at the usb port of the computer or laptop.
2. Replace the battery inside the keyboard.
3. Try placing the usb dongle to other usb ports in the laptop or computer desktop.
4. Restart your laptop or computer.
5.If still didn’t worked , replace the wireless keyboard with a new one.
