Step 1. Check connections.
First go to the back of your computer and make sure that the connection of the mouse is connected at the USB or PS/2 port.
Most common problem are causes is not connected or loose mouse cable.
Go to Start -> then type in ” Device Manager ” and press enter
After opening go to mice and pointer settings and right click update driver.
