Requirements before you begin:

2. DVD intended for Bank Deposit.
3. WinRar Application – used to encrypt the files.
4. The following updated file
   1. Backup of PABX
   2. TimeKeeping and Payroll
   3. Database backup of the following
      1. Dclub
      2. Dresort
      3. POS
      4. DHotel
      5. Dhotel Daily
      6. Dfnb
      7. Dbfin2016 – Get it from Server3.
   4. Database backups develop by SDD.

Start Writing to DVD

1. From the location of the Files, start encrypting the files using the collective password of the current date from the safe location.
2. Write all the encrypted files for deposit to bank.
3. Store the DVD ready to carry in case of emergency.
