BACKUP TO BANK

Requirements before you begin:

1. USB intended for Bank Deposit.
2. Bitlocker Application – used to encrypt the USB.
3. WinRar Application – used to encrypt the files.
4. The following updated file
   1. Backup of PABX
   2. Database backup of the following
      1. Dclub
      2. Dresort
      3. POS
      4. DHotel
      5. Dhotel Daily
      6. Dfnb
      7. Dfin2016… files taken from the new server (Server3)
      8. PABX Data Base Latest backup (\\197.200.201.201\PABX)
   3. Database backup of Develop by SDD
   4. Installers
      1. IFCA2k5 (Secondomain)
      2. IFCA2016 (Server 3)
      3. PABX (\\197.200.202.201\PABX)
   5. Installers backup Develop by SDD

SENDING the USB for Bank Deposit

1. From the location of the Files, start encrypting the files using the collective password of the year from the safe location.
2. Copy all the encrypted files for deposit to bank.
3. Take the screen shot of the content of the files and save it to screen shot folder.
   1. Name the screen shot file date and time (06282023_0818am)
4. Encrypt the USB thumb drive using the Bitlocker
5. Hand over to Finance for them to deposit.
6. Update the file USBtoBANK.xlsx for our monitoring.

RECEIVING the USB from the Bank Deposit

1. Receive the USB that was deposited from the Bank from Finance.
2. Check if the files are intact.
3. Delete all files from the USB.
4. Update the Records from USBtoBANK.xlsx.
5. Redo the Process for Backup to Bank.
